TOP3005 side-entry gear-driven agitator
Based on Top's years of experience and proprietary technology, and utilizing advanced measurement and analysis techniques, a high-efficiency impeller with excellent mixing performance has been designed for use in our TOP3005 mixer.
● Top CR series mixers offer side-mounted stirring from 0.55KW to 30KW. All products are rigorously tested by Top engineers to ensure high reliability.
● Simple and compact mechanical structure, easy to operate, maintain and repair, all for the user's consideration.
● The unique impeller design significantly increases the discharge volume.
● Multiple shaft seal types meet different material and operating conditions.
● The firm motor mounting significantly reduces vibration.
● High-efficiency gear transmission, oil-resistant, heat-resistant, durable, and low-noise.
● Deep groove ball bearing system ensures long-lasting use.
Impeller Configuration
The TOP3005 gear mixer comes standard with ZCX impellers (vertical) and KCX impellers (side-mounted). In addition to the standard impellers, Top can also provide more suitable impeller types based on the user's actual situation to ensure better mixing results for the user.
● The weight in the table is approximate and does not include the weight of the stirring shaft and impeller inside the container.
● The dimension L in the table is determined according to the user's container size.
● The dimension DJ data in the table is determined by Top based on the user's mixing purpose, mixing capacity, and physical parameters. The actual data shall prevail.
● The weight of the motor is the approximate weight of a general indoor motor, which may vary depending on the approximate weight of the motor, the manufacturer, and the type of motor.
Remarks:
● The weight in the table is approximate and does not include the weight of the hanging and anchor bolts.
● The flange dimensions in the table can be replaced with European and American standards.
● The installation method shown is the size of the mounting pipe on the side of the stirring container that can be selected when side mounting.
● The weight of the motor in the table is the approximate weight of a general indoor motor, which may vary depending on the manufacturer and type of motor selected. Please refer to the actual design.
● If the stirring container wall is too thin and the strength is insufficient, please use reinforcing ribs or other auxiliary reinforcement measures.
