The 62 series DJH homogenizing mixer is a product developed by our company incorporating advanced foreign technology, suitable for producing high-viscosity materials such as foundation, creams, and toothpaste. Its main feature is that the inner and outer circulation homogenizers allow the material to work in an inner and outer circulation homogenization state, achieving the best emulsification effect.
This homogenizing emulsifying mixer is professionally designed based on the ointment production process of cosmetics and ointments. This unit consists of a pretreatment pot, a vacuum emulsification mixing pot, a vacuum pump, a hydraulic system, a dumping system, an electrical control system, and a work platform. This unit features simple operation, stable performance, good homogenization performance, high production efficiency, easy cleaning, reasonable structure, small footprint, and a high degree of automation.
Product Features
● The stirring adopts variable frequency speed setting, allowing the stirring line speed to be adjusted arbitrarily within 0~150m/min to meet different process requirements.

● All parts in contact with materials are made of imported stainless steel, and the inner surface of the container is mirror-polished to 300EMSH (hygienic grade), meeting hygiene requirements.
● Vacuum suction, vacuum degassing, the entire process is completed under vacuum conditions, no bacterial infection, extending the shelf life of the product.
● Beautiful and generous appearance, the exterior adopts special polishing technology, with a mirror-like luster.
Working Principle
The emulsifier consists of an emulsification pot, an aqueous phase pot, an oil phase pot, a vacuum device, a temperature control system, and an electrical control system. Oil-soluble and water-soluble raw materials are melted or dissolved in the oil phase pot and the aqueous phase pot respectively. The temperature is generally maintained at around 80℃. The oil phase and aqueous phase raw materials heated by water vapor are added to the emulsification pot through a filter for homogenization, stirring, emulsification, and vacuum degassing. Then, cold water is introduced into the jacket to cool to a certain temperature, and then fragrance is added. Continue cooling to the required temperature, stop stirring, and wait for the pressure to return to normal before discharging.
Precautions
● Because the homogenizing cutting head has an extremely high speed, it must not be operated in an empty pot state to avoid local heating affecting the degree of sealing.
● Reliable grounding of the ground wire to ensure electrical safety.
● The homogenizer shaft end is considered to be right-rotating. After each motor wiring or when restarting after long-term disuse, it should be jogged to confirm that there are no errors before formally operating the homogenizer.
● Before each stirring start, it should be jogged to check whether there are any abnormalities in the stirring scraping wall. If there are any, they should be eliminated immediately.
● Before vacuum operation of the stirring shaft, it is necessary to check whether the pot is flush with the pot lid, and whether the pot mouth and material port covers are tightly closed and reliably sealed.
● Before shutting down the vacuum pump, the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump should be closed first.
● The vacuum pump can only be started and operated when the homogenization pot is sealed. If there is a special need to open to the atmosphere to start the pump, the operation cannot exceed 3 minutes.
● Before performing any maintenance or cleaning, the power supply to the equipment must be cut off.
● Never put your hand into the kettle while the equipment is running to prevent accidents.
● If any abnormality occurs during operation, stop operation immediately and start the machine only after the cause has been investigated.
