TOPH2031 series V-type vacuum ribbon blender
Product Advantages
1. Positive displacement mixing of freely flowing solid materials.
2. Cantilever shaft structure, bearing end does not contact the material.
3. Very small gap between the mixing paddle and the container wall to prevent material adhesion.
4. Standardized mixing drive box to ensure stable operation and low maintenance costs.
5. Special geometrically shaped O-rings, high-quality equipment surface treatment, and elimination of dead corners.
6. The container can be heated or cooled by an external jacket (optional).
7. A crusher is used to prevent material agglomeration.
Product Features
Powerful mixing action, causing the material near the container wall to move upward while the material in the center moves downward, gently but completely mixing the flowable granules. A large amount of material can be mixed in a short time, achieving a high standard of uniform mixing, and almost all the material can be discharged.
Application Areas
Mixing of solid powders, such as fine chemicals, dyes, fertilizers, and metal powders; shear-sensitive crystalline powders; batch product mixing; mixing liquids into solids. The equipment design is well-suited to the overall layout of typical chemical plants. Due to the low peripheral speed, it is also suitable for hazardous locations.
