Based on Top's years of experience and proprietary technology, and utilizing advanced measurement and analysis techniques, a high-efficiency impeller with excellent mixing performance has been designed for use in our TOP3002 mixer.
● Top GFJ mixers offer vertical mixing from 3KW to 18.5KW. All products are rigorously tested by Top engineers to ensure high reliability.
● Simple and robust mechanical structure, easy to operate, maintain and repair, all for the user's consideration.
● The unique impeller design significantly increases the discharge volume.
● Multiple shaft seal types meet different material and operating conditions.
● Secure motor mounting significantly reduces vibration.
● High-efficiency hard-tooth surface gear transmission, featuring heat resistance, durability, and low noise.
● Deep groove ball bearing system ensures long-lasting use without lubrication.
Impeller Configuration
The TOP3002 gear mixer is standardly configured with a GX impeller (vertical). In addition to the standard impeller, Top can also provide more suitable impeller types based on the user's actual situation to ensure better mixing results for the user.
● The weight in the table is approximate.
● The dimensions (m³) in the table are determined according to the user's container dimensions.
● The DJ dimensions in the table are determined by Top Company based on the user's mixing purpose, mixing capacity, and physical parameters; the actual dimensions shall prevail.
● The weight of the motor is the approximate weight of a standard indoor motor, which may vary depending on the motor's approximate weight, manufacturer, and type.
Remarks:
● The weight in the table is approximate and does not include the weight of the hanging and anchor bolts.
● The flange dimensions in the table can be replaced with European or American standards.
