TOPH2052 series SD three-axis single-column stirrer
The three-axis multifunctional single-column high-shear disperser and mixer is developed based on a hydraulic lifting single-shaft mixer. It features powerful dispersing and mixing functions. The conventional form is a high-speed dispersing mixer combined with an anchor scraper mixer, providing extremely strong shear effects and high mixing efficiency. This product is well-suited for medium-to-high viscosity and thixotropic materials. One set of high-speed dispersers can be replaced with a medium-speed stirrer. Mixing methods are optional, such as spiral, paddle, and frame types, allowing for the design of the optimal mixing method based on material properties and production processes.

Applicable Materials: Materials with viscosity below 1,000,000 cps and solid content below 90%, including various pastes such as battery pastes, solder pastes, ceramic pastes, silicone inks, sealants, structural adhesives, soft ointments, and jams, among over a thousand types of materials.
Working Principle
Driven by the power unit, the stirring paddle rotates in a fixed direction; during rotation, it drives the material to perform axial and radial rotation. The material in the agitator simultaneously undergoes axial and circular motion, thus exhibiting several stirring forms such as shear stirring and diffusion stirring. It can effectively and rapidly stir and mix the material. The dispersion disc, through high-speed operation, causes the material to form an annular flow, generating a strong vortex that spirals down to the bottom of the vortex. Strong shear impact and friction occur between particles, achieving rapid waste water and dissolution functions. The stirring disc, through circular motion, generates a good radial effect, accelerating material circulation and improving dispersion efficiency. The emulsifying head's precise processing technology ensures high coordination between the rotor and stator. The powerful motor's high-speed rotation creates a vacuum between the rotor and stator, drawing material in from the top and bottom of the rotor and stator. The powerful kinetic energy causes the rotor to generate extremely high linear velocity, causing the material to undergo intense impact, crushing, centrifugation, liquid layer friction, and strong shearing between the rotor and stator gaps before being ejected. Under the action of multiple forces in different directions, strong turbulence is generated. With the appropriate emulsifier and mature technology, the material undergoes repeated cycles of depolymerization, dispersion, homogenization, refinement, and shearing over a period of time to produce a stable emulsion. The hydraulic lifting three-axis agitator uses a hydraulic pump to drive the hydraulic plunger to lift and lower, driving the entire transmission mechanism and working group to lift and lower.
