TOP1010 Submersible Mixer

It is mainly used for heat transfer of water, mixing, stirring, and circulation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes, and can also be used as a propulsion device for landscape circulation. Through stirring, it creates water flow, effectively preventing the sedimentation of suspended matter.
The selection of submersible mixers is a complex task. The correctness of the selection scheme directly affects the normal use of the equipment. The principle of selection is to allow the mixer to exert its full mixing function in a suitable volume. This standard is generally determined by the flow rate. According to the different process requirements of wastewater treatment plants, the optimal flow rate for mixer selection should be between 0.15-0.3m/s. If the flow rate is lower than 0.15m/s, the effect of pushing and stirring will not be achieved. If the flow rate exceeds 0.3m/s, it will affect the process effect and cause waste. Therefore, before selection, it is necessary to first determine where the submersible mixer is used, such as: sewage pool, sludge pool, or bioreactor; secondly, the medium parameters, such as: suspended solids content, temperature, PH value, etc.; also the shape of the pool, water depth, and even installation methods will affect the selection. At the same time, energy-saving factors should also be considered, as this will affect the user's future operating costs.
Application Range
Submersible mixers are mainly used for mixing, stirring, and circulation in municipal and industrial wastewater treatment processes, and can also be used as propulsion equipment for landscape water circulation. Through stirring, it creates water flow, effectively preventing the sedimentation of suspended matter.
The submersible mixer can operate continuously under the following conditions:
● Medium temperature does not exceed 40℃
● Medium PH value is between 5-9
● Medium density does not exceed 1150kg/m³
● Long-term submersible operation, submersion depth generally does not exceed 20 meters
● Applicable power range: 0.85-10kW
● Mixing series: small impeller diameter, generally blade diameter is 260-620mm, speed is 180-980r/min
● Propulsion type: generally blade diameter is 1100-2500mm, speed is 22-115r/min
● Material: Cast iron/cast all stainless steel, can be customized according to customer requirements
