TOP1006 Concentrated Pool Lifting Scraper

● Top TOP1006 sludge scraper can provide vertical stirring from 0.37KW to 1.1KW. All products are rigorously tested by Top engineers to ensure high reliability.
● Simple and robust mechanical structure, easy to operate, maintain and repair, all for the user's consideration.
● The original lifting sludge scraper can be used in sedimentation tanks and thickening tanks.
● The sludge scraper can be lifted for easy maintenance and cleaning.
● Lifting height 200mm-300mm, can also be adjusted according to customer requirements.
● A variety of shaft seal types meet different materials and working conditions.
● The firm motor fixing greatly reduces vibration.
● High-efficiency hard-toothed gear transmission, with the characteristics of heat resistance, durability, and low noise.
● Deep groove ball bearing system ensures long-term use without lubrication.
The TOP1006 lifting sludge scraper is standardly equipped with PS sludge scraper and ZL sludge scraper. In addition to the standard sludge scraper, Top can also provide users with more suitable sludge scraper forms according to the actual situation of the users. Ensure better stirring effect for users.
● The weight in the table is approximate.
● The dimensions in the table are determined according to the user's container dimensions.
● The DJ data in the table is determined by Top Company according to the user's stirring purpose, stirring capacity and physical parameters, and the actual data shall prevail.
● The weight of the motor is the approximate weight of a common indoor motor, which may vary depending on the approximate weight of the motor, the manufacturer and type of the motor.

● The flange dimensions in the table can be replaced by European and American standards.
