  Why is the dual-speed stirrer vibrating strongly?

  When the dual-speed stirrer moves within the inner circle, it releases the stress generated by thermal deformation during operation. The fastening part of the stirrer shaft is changed to a round nut with a dedicated round nut retaining ring. The assembly method is changed at the position where the dual-speed stirrer blade and shear blade are pushed to increase the contact area between the dual-speed stirrer shaft and the dual-speed stirrer shaft. For high-speed rotation of a slender shaft, the rigidity must be good, so the material has been re-selected.

  The recommended working clearance of the angular contact ball bearing of the dual-speed stirrer is zero or slightly negative; therefore, the inner and outer steel sleeve dimensions and pre-tightening force have a great influence on the working state and service life of the angular contact ball bearing. To achieve the appropriate working clearance of the angular contact ball bearing, the pre-tightening force of the stirring equipment must first be calculated. Generally, a smaller preload should be selected at high speed, and a larger preload should be selected at low speed. At the same time, the pre-tightening force should be slightly greater than or equal to the axial working load.

  It is strictly forbidden to run idle before the blades are completely immersed in the liquid to avoid danger and equipment damage. Before starting the stirring equipment, ensure that the base bolts and screws are completely fixed. For high-speed or large-capacity stirring operations, a positioning device should be installed at the bottom or middle of the shaft to reduce the probability of failure caused by shaft shaking.
