Do not shake or move the tabletop during operation, as this may loosen internal parts. It is recommended to unplug the power plug after each use and wipe the outer surface with a dry cloth to clean any residual material. During daily use, check the residue tank. If it is almost full, empty it; otherwise, excessive residue may cause the homogenizer to vibrate. Do not clean directly with water or while the power is plugged in, as this may cause damage. If the homogenizer malfunctions, do not attempt to repair it immediately. Instead, first inquire about the process and symptoms of the malfunction. For unfamiliar equipment, familiarize yourself with the circuit principles and structural features and follow the relevant rules. Before disassembling, fully understand the function, location, connection method, and relationship with surrounding components of each electrical component of the homogenizer. If there is no assembly diagram, mark the components during disassembly.

Inspect the machine's interior. Before disassembling, eliminate external fault factors; disassemble only after confirming an internal fault. Blind disassembly may damage the equipment. Next, check the mechanical and electrical components. Only after confirming that the mechanical parts are fault-free can electrical checks be performed. The homogenizer is particularly suitable for stirring and reacting flammable, explosive, highly toxic, and valuable media under high-temperature, high-pressure, and vacuum conditions in pilot and large-scale production, solving mechanical stirring problems. Seals and packing seals overcome leakage problems, ensuring environmental and personnel safety. The shape and size of the mixing container should be determined according to the production scale, mixing purpose, and material properties. Unless otherwise required, a vertical drum container is generally used. The appropriate height-to-diameter ratio should be determined during maintenance; if heating or cooling is required, a jacket structure must be installed outside the vessel. When checking circuit faults, use a detection tool to locate the fault in the homogenizer. After confirming that there are no poor contact faults, check the relationship between the circuit and the machine's operation to avoid misjudgment.
