When using, the homogenizer should be placed on a flat surface, with square wooden blocks under the front and rear axles to keep the tires suspended, preventing movement at startup.

When using the homogenizer, place it on a flat surface, with wooden blocks under the front and rear axles to keep the tires suspended, preventing movement at startup. In addition, the mixer should have double leakage protection. After turning on the power before work, it is recommended that everyone carefully check and conduct an empty-car test run before use. During the test run, check if the speed of the mixing drum is appropriate. Generally, the speed of an empty machine is 2-3 revolutions faster than a loaded machine. If the difference is large, adjust the ratio of the driving wheel and the driven wheel. In addition to these points, pay attention to ensure that the rotation direction of the mixing drum is consistent with the direction indicated by the arrow. If incorrect, correct the motor wiring. Then check if the transmission clutch and brake are flexible and reliable, if the steel wire rope is damaged, if the track wheel is intact, if there are any obstacles around, and the lubrication condition of each part. After starting the machine, always pay attention to whether each part of the mixer is operating normally. When stopping the machine, frequently check if the blades of the homogenizer are bent, if screws are knocked off or loose. Or when the concrete mixing is complete or if the work is expected to stop for more than 1 hour, in addition to draining the remaining materials, pour stones and water into the homogenizer. Turn on the machine, wash away the mortar stuck on the gun, and then drain it all. There should be no water accumulation in the drum to prevent rusting of the drum and blades. At the same time, clean the dust accumulated outside the mixing drum to keep the machine clean and in good condition.

When the homogenizer is stopped and not in use, turn off the switch and lock the switch box to ensure safety. Especially during operation, maintenance is strictly prohibited, and tools are strictly prohibited from being inserted into the tank to retrieve materials. The equipment is also running and feeding. In case of a power failure during operation, unload the materials immediately; do not stop halfway. Heavy load startup is prohibited (except for reverse unloading homogenizers). Another important point is not to exceed the specified amount of materials; use is strictly prohibited. The equipment aggregates should be strictly screened, and the large particle size should not exceed the allowable value to prevent blockage. If the sand pile shed is knotted and needs to be loosened, two people must go up, each person must operate, one person monitors, and safety measures must be in place. Everyone needs to work in a safe and reliable place. Another very important point is that when lifting the hopper, it is strictly forbidden to work or pass under the hopper. When it is necessary to clean the hopper pit, the driver must be contacted in advance, and the hopper must be firmly hung with a safety hook before proceeding. During maintenance, it is also recommended that you must cut off the power supply of the homogenizer. If you need to enter the drum for maintenance, you must hang a "Do Not Turn Off" sign on the switch and have someone watching. Absolutely ensure that accidental power supply accidents are avoided.
